About the School
We are an institute of high standards, based on the British English Curriculum. We
believe in educating the mind and the soul to raise children of intelligence and respect.
At AOL Secondary, our primary goal is to provide children with the right foundation
for learning and living. Education is a learning process that is achieved through
guidance, exploration, play and effort. all of which are encouraged in our curriculum.
Children are blessings bestowed on us by Allah, and it is our duty to do our best to
guide them well. At AOLS we take this responsibility seriously. We believe a kind;
polite obedient child has higher regard for this education and a better chance for
success.
At Academy of Leaders Secondary, our priority is respect and achievement.
Therefore, rules are implemented, followed, and enforced.

Welcome to the Academy of Leaders Secondary School in Seyaheya-Tripoli. We are a vibrant community of students, families, and staff dedicated to collaborating in support of the aspirations of our young people.
Our school’s ethos is built on the values of honesty and integrity, fostering strong relationships, and nurturing respect and empathy for all. We share a genuine passion for learning and growth.
We have three key goals for all our students:
Firstly, we want them to feel safe. This means not only ensuring their safety in our care but also equipping them with the knowledge and skills to stay safe both inside and outside of school, now and in the future. We also encourage them to support their peers if they have any concerns.
Secondly, we aim for our students to appreciate the value of knowledge. As a school, our primary focus is education, helping students understand that knowledge opens doors to opportunities, empowers them to make informed choices, and is inherently valuable.
Finally, we aspire for our students to be happy. A sense of safety is the foundation for happiness, and knowledge helps them comprehend their potential and how they can assist others. We take pride in celebrating every achievement, big or small.
